Help needed

Hi. I have a new copy of Sail Simulator 5 and can't activate it. I have tried
emailing the helpdesk but I get no reply. What can I do to get Stentec to help
me?

Have you called them? Is there any phone number to contact?

If your can't activate your copy of Sail Simulator 5 Deluxe please read the latest post on www.sailsimulator.com "Unlicensed Sail Simulator 5 copies".

Hello everyone,
I have a problem: when I am activating for the first launch Sail Simulator 2010, a message say me "the product can't be activated, the maximum number of activation has been reached". How can I do? I have activated it only two times with my account!
