ETA of last waypoint

Postby kpwegner » Tue 03 Feb 2009 - 14:16

Hi,

my qustion is, if it's somehow possible to get the ETA of the last waypoint of a route updated automaticaly by the actual (GPS-) speed of the vessel.

By now you have to set a fixed speed in the ship-settings.

regards

Which version do you use?

If you look at the ETA it will show the time of arrival of the last waypoint of the route. The ETA will change when you speed up. You can test this using the Simulator. A huge difference is shown when going 5 kn or 15 kn.

Hi,

I'm using version 4.2.1.1

I only found out, that I can enter a value (crusing speed) at:

FILE->Properties->Ship->General -> crusing speed

Perhaps I have to change some settings somewhere else?
